Step 4.

Step 5.

You will be redirected to a new Zap, an automated workflow that connects different apps and services.

Each Zap includes:

1 - Name of created Zap;

2 - The Trigger is the starting point for a Zap (an event that triggers your Zap).

3 - Action is an event performed by Zap after being triggered.

Step 6.

Give a name to your Zap by clicking on its name and then clicking the Rename button.

Step 7.

Click on the Trigger to set it up.

Step 8.

Find and select Webhooks.

Note: For all chat details and lead attributes collected by NoForm, refer to this guide.

Step 9.

Click on the Trigger event dropdown in the side view and select Catch Hook.

Then click Continue.

Step 10.

Specify the 'Pick off a Child Key' field.

Note: This field is optional and can be left empty.

Step 11.

You will see your webhook URL. Copy it and send it to the NoForm Team. You can reach us via live chat or email at [email protected].

Step 12.

Once our NoForm team adds your webhook and creates a lead chat for you based on your lead attributes, we will confirm this so you can catch the lead with all possible data in your Zapier service.

Note: You can also create a test chat with a lead under your account by following these steps:

  • Copy your chat URL from your Installation settings.

  • Then, paste the chat URL into your browser in incognito mode and start a new chat by specifying any lead details (email address, phone, etc)

Step 13.

  • Click Test trigger button.

  • Alternatively, you can click Find new records if you have already tried the Test trigger.

Connect your Zapier Webhook with HubSpot or other services (e.g., Google Sheets, Slack).

Step 1.

Find HubSpot.

Step 2.

Select Create Contact as an action event.

Step 3.

Log in to your HubSpot as the next step to receive data from the webhook, and click Continue.

Step 4.

Map lead attributes from the test request to your HubSpot fields and click Continue button.

For example, Contact information: Email.

Step 5.

Test the connection to HubSpot by submitting the test data, then click the Publish button to make your Zapier workflow live.

Step 6.

That's it! You can now open your HubSpot Contacts tab and check the details of your lead received in NoForm chat.
