Create a Custom Webhook Module in Make.com.
Step 1.
Log in to your Make.com account and ensure you select the correct organization.
Step 2.
Create a new scenario by clicking "+ Create a new scenario".
Step 3.
Click the big “+” button in the middle of the page. A modal window with a list of modules will be opened.
Step 4.
Start typing "webhook" in the search field and select the "Custom webhook" module that appears in the list.
Step 5.
In the next window, click "Create a webhook" button.
Step 6.
Enter the webhook name and click "Save".
Step 7.
In the next window, you will see your webhook URL. Copy it and send it to the NoForm Team. You can reach us via live chat or email at [email protected].
Step 8.
Once our NoForm team adds your webhook and creates a lead chat for you based on your lead attributes, we will confirm this so that your Make.com service can catch the lead with all possible data.
Step 9.
After your test chat was converted to a lead, the webhook will look like this:
Connect your Webhook with your CRM system or other services (e.g., Google Sheets, Slack).
Below, we would like to show how to connect a Webhook with Hubspot.
Step 1.
From the Webhook scenario, click the "+" (Add another module) button.
Step 2.
Start typing "hubspot" in the search field, click "Show more", then select the "Create or Update a Contact" module that appears in the list.
Step 4.
Click "Create a connection" button.
Step 5.
Enter the connection name and click "Save".
Step 6.
Log in to your HubSpot account.
Step 7.
Select All Fields in the View Method dropdown to map fields from the NoForm lead to your HubSpot account.
Step 8.
Click on the fields you want to populate with NoForm lead data to open a list of attributes received from the test request, and add them to the appropriate fields.
For example, email.

Step 9.
Click "Run Once" at the bottom left to test the automation.
Step 10.
Click three dots (More) in the Make menu, click Scenarios and ensure that the scenario is turned ON for the automation to work continuously.
That’s it; now you will receive leads generated by NoForm in your CRM.
