Manage Assistant Section

The Manage Assistant section of the Organization Management interface is designed to view and handle the individuals who are part of your organization. You can access it by clicking on your AI Assistant and selecting Manage Assistant:

  • Members tab: This tab allows you to view a list of all current organization members, including their email addresses, the date they joined, and their assigned roles within the organization.

Also, from this tab, you can remove users by clicking the three-dot menu, then the Remove member button:

  • Invitations tab: This tab is used to manage invitations sent to potential new members. You can view pending invitations and resend or modify them as needed.

User Roles: Each member is assigned a role that determines their level of access and control within the organization. These roles can be adjusted by clicking on the role dropdown menu next to a member's name.

  • Admins can modify any aspect of the organization,

  • Members only view the content.

Settings Section

The Settings section provides tools to manage the assistant's profile and critical actions such as leaving or deleting the assistant.

Assistant Profile

To open the assistant profile, tap on it.

  • Profile Image:

    Here you can upload a profile image that represents your organization. This image is often used as an avatar or logo across the platform.

  • Assistant name:

    The name field reflects the assistant's name. This can be edited to update the assistant's name as it appears within the system.

  • Slug URL:

    This field determines the unique URL slug that will be used to identify your assistant within the platform. It is part of the URL and is used to create a direct link to your organization's profile on the platform.

Danger Zone:

  • Leave Organization: This button allows a member to leave the organization. It should be used with caution as it will revoke access to the organization's resources.

  • Delete Organization: This critical action button will permanently delete the organization and all associated data. It is recommended that this action be taken only after all necessary data has been backed up and all members have been informed.

Note: Actions taken in the Settings section, especially in the 'Danger Zone', are irreversible and should be performed only after careful consideration and, where applicable, consultation with other organization members.
