How to Add Chat Bubble to Wix
Step 1: Copy Code Snippet for the Chat Bubble
Log in to https://app.noform.ai/sign-in.
Click on your Assistant to open its settings
Go to the "Customization" tab
Open the "Installation" tab
Select "Bubble chat" and click "Copy code" to copy your Assistant's chat code snippet.
📝 A snippet is a JavaScript <script> element that will load and display the chat bubble on your website.
Step 2: Access your Wix Dashboard
Log in to your Wix dashboard.
Step 3: Paste the Copied Chat Code Snippet to Your Website
When managing your website design on Wix, select the "Add Elements" (plus icon) option from the tools.
In the "Embed Code" option, locate "Marketing Tools" in the ADVANCED section and click "Custom code".
Click "+ Add custom code".
Paste the copied chat code snippet to the text box and name it.
📝At this step, you can select to show your chat on all pages and choose its location on the website.
Step 4: Save Changes
Click Apply to save the chat code snippet.
