With the "Visual Appearance settings", you can customize your AI Assistant to match your brand's identity and enhance the user experience on your website.

Here you can personalize various elements of your AI chat Assistant:

1. Name your AI Assistant

Give your Assistant a desired name to display as the message's sender in the chat interface.

2. Upload a Logo

Click "Upload" button to add or change the logo in the chat bubble and the chat header. This visual identifier will help users associate the chat with your brand.

๐Ÿ“ Use a square image of 120x120 pixels for optimal display, with size no more than 4.5 Mb.

3. Add your branded colors

Add your brand's primary color as the accent in the chat interface by entering a hex color code or use the color picker to choose a color. This will change the color of the chat bubble and other accent elements within the chat interface.

4. Choose Shape for your chat bubble

Select a shape for your chat bubble.

5. Select position for chat bubble

Choose between "Bottom right" or "Bottom left"ย for your chat.

5. Move left/right or top/bottom chat bubble.

Move your left/right or top/bottom chat bubble.

6. Publish changes

Please click the "Publish changes" button to apply your AI Assistant Behavior settings.

This will save your settings and immediately implement them. After publishing, it's best to check the chat feature on your website to ensure that all customizations appear correctly and function as intended.

Remember that the changes you make can affect how users interact with your chat assistant, so consider testing the user experience to ensure it meets your standards and provides a seamless experience for your visitors.

๐Ÿ“If you decide not to keep your changes, click the "Discard" button. This will revert the settings to their previous state before you made any changes.
