Provide your AI Assistant with more information and content to enhance its capabilities. To do so, navigate to the "Training Center" tab add web pages or documents for Assistant training.
On the 'Web Sources' click the "+ Add Source" button to include a web page.
You can add URLs without https://, all 'child' links of a given parent page will be automatically detected and added. You can remove them later manually or via using filters to delete in bulk.
To upload documents, go to 'Documents' tab click "+ Add document".
📝You can upload files in the following formats: doc, docx, txt, and pdf. The maximum file size allowed is 10 MB.
Once sources are added, they will appear on the list under Trained. This section will show:
Source: The name or URL of the web page or document that has been added.
Status: Indicates whether the source has been processed and integrated into the AI's training.
If you no longer want any web pages or materials to be used by your Assistant, you can remove it from the list by clicking the "three-dot-menu" and selecting the Delete Source option.
You can also download documents and see the training date (when a source was added).
Using Filters in the Training Center
The Filters panel in your Training Center helps you quickly find, manage, and perform bulk actions on your training sources — whether they’re webpages or uploaded documents.
This is especially useful when you have many sources and want to view only specific ones (for example, only failed or pending URLs).
🌐 Filtering Web Sources
In the Web Sources tab, you can filter by two key parameters:
1. Source
Filter by the website URL or domain where your assistant’s training content comes from.
The secondary dropdown lets you choose how precisely you want to match URLs:
URL text is exactly – shows results that match the exact URL.
URL text contains – shows results that include a specific phrase or domain fragment (e.g. “/blog/”).
URL text does not contain – hides sources with a specific phrase in the URL.
URL text starts with – filters all sources that begin with a certain prefix (e.g. “https://noform.ai/support”).
URL text ends with – filters by URLs ending with a certain string (e.g. “.pdf” or “/pricing”).
Use this to quickly locate and manage a specific group of pages — for example, all support articles, or all sources from a particular subdomain.
2. Status
Filter sources by their current training status. This helps you track the progress of your assistant’s learning or troubleshoot failed imports.
All – shows every source, regardless of status.
Trained – shows sources that have been successfully processed and are ready to use.
Training – shows sources currently being processed.
Up next – shows queued sources that will be processed soon.
Failed – highlights sources that could not be processed (e.g., due to an inaccessible URL or formatting issue).
Tip: Use the Failed filter to quickly identify and fix any URLs that didn’t load properly, then retrain them with one click.
3. Training Date
The Training date filter helps you locate web sources or documents based on when they were last trained or updated.
This is especially useful for tracking content freshness and identifying older data that may need re-training.
You can filter by:
1 week ago – sources trained within the past 7 days.
2 weeks ago – sources updated in the past two weeks.
1 month ago – recently trained content within the last month.
3 months ago – for quarterly content audits.
6 months ago – to find semi-annual updates or stale data.
1 year ago – long-term content that may require review.
More than 1 year ago – ideal for identifying legacy or outdated material.
Tip: Regularly re-train sources that are older than 6 months to ensure your assistant always reflects your most accurate and up-to-date website content.
Why Add Sources?
Adding sources ensures that your AI Assistant can respond more accurately with specific and detailed information related to your business beyond the default instructions.
For example, if your website contains complex product details, FAQs, or service offerings, you can direct the assistant to reference those sections when answering visitor questions.
Your AI Assistant will stay current and aligned with any new business updates, promotions, or product changes by continuously updating this section with relevant, up-to-date sources.
