📝 When you sign up for NoForm.ai with your company's website URL, please remember that an error message may appear if the URL is not verified or activated. You will then be able to enter another URL or go ahead and complete our survey.

When you choose to complete our survey to create a customized AI Assistant tailored to your company's specific information and objectives, please provide accurate and comprehensive details during setup.

1. Company Name

Enter your Company name and click "Continue".

2. Website URL

Specify your Website URL and click "Continue".

3. Company description

Specify what your company does in a few words and click "Continue".

📝 This is crucial to ensure the AI Assistant has the essential knowledge about your company's products or services, operational areas, target audience, and any other information you consider vital for generating responses to potential lead inquiries.

If you prefer to provide this context later, click "Try example" to add placeholder text, then click "Continue".

4. Main Call to Action

Select the main call to action from the list or add your custom CTA for your website visitors so they can become good leads or for you and click "Continue".

📝 The assistant will ask visitors to take the selected CTA, so choose one of the most common options or specify your unique CTA. Only one option can be selected here.

5. Information to collect from your leads

Select how you want to contact and qualify your leads (via email or phone), select other information to collect during chat (e.g., Name, Company name, or add your options), and click "Continue".

📝 You are required to select an email or phone number (or both) to contact your leads later, and it’s optional to choose any other criteria you need to make the contact meaningful.

Consider this step as creating a substitute for your current sales forms. The AI Assistant will be able to use the information you provide here to gather high-quality leads.

6. Calendar link

Provide a way to contact you or your sales team by adding a calendar link to book a call and click "Continue".

📝 This step is optional, but crucial to fulfill if your primary call to action is Schedule a Demo, Book a free consultation, or Book a Call.

You can skip this step if you don’t want your leads to contact you this way.
